First, W&S offers training and mentoring to counselors. We host monthly mentoring groups and provide regular access to experienced counselors for support. W&S is planning to host a small, interactive workshop to help counselors and theologians hone counseling skills in Austin, mid-2026.

Second, W&S offers professional resourcing to counselors. W&S provides organizational programs to counselors in order to alleviate some of the administrative burden of counseling. W&S counselors can opt-in to a biblical counseling assistant who provides scheduling and homework help.

Lastly, W&S counselors are compensated for their time, regardless of the session type. W&S strives to make biblical counseling a blessing to both the counselee and the counselor.
